About
My name is Jacob Anchorstar, and my wife Kate and I have lived in Riverwalk since September 2022. We started this website to help residents create a collaborative group to foster communication, community, and fun!
Additionally, we're looking to provide an immediate solution to the current gap of communication between the HOA's property manager American Property Association Management (APAM) and renters. APAM currently communicates important updates to owners by email and expects owners to forward these messages to their renters in a timely manner. This system has left many renters out of the loop, and APAM has not been receptive to suggestions. Our hope is that this site will improve this area of communication! If you found this site through the QR code delivered to your doorstep, we suggest that you tape the card to the inside of a kitchen cabinet door so that it is easier for future tenants to find this site.
We currently have this website and a Discord Server for residents to communicate with each other and relay important information. See the "Stay in the Loop" section below to learn more.

Communicate with your neighbors on our Discord server! Discord is a group chat with various channels for different topics of conversation. We will be posting important updates from the HOA in the Announcement channel of the Discord. You will need to create a free Discord account to join.
We recognize that some of you may prefer another communication platform over Discord. We ask for your patience as we figure out what works best for the community. A FaceBook page is coming soon.
Stay in the loop
Since the HOA is not communicating directly with renters, we will post important neighborhood updates within the Discord and the blog section below. We are currently working on building a system that will allow you to subscribe to get important neighborhood updates by email or text.
