Subject: Riverwalk Temporary No Parking Notice – Access Required for Thales Academy Construction

Dear Riverwalk Homeowners,

We would like to inform you that Thales Academy is currently under construction and will require access between 5328 Stream Stone Way and 5340 Stream Stone Way to complete a storm water connection.

Beginning the week of June 1, 2025, and until further notice, no vehicles may be parked in this area. This space must remain clear to allow construction crews and equipment the necessary access.

Any vehicles parked in this area during this time will be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

Please make arrangements to find alternate parking solutions during this period.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as this important work is completed.

Please inform any Tenants if you have them.
