Riverwalk Temporary No Parking Notice

We would like to inform you that Thales Academy is currently under construction and will require access between 5328 Stream Stone Way and 5340 Stream Stone Way to complete a storm water connection. Beginning the week of June 1, 2025, and until further notice, no vehicles may be parked in this area. This space must remain clear to allow construction crews and equipment the necessary access.

Please know that all vehicles that are inoperable (also including tags that are out of date as they are considered inoperable and not in line with the governing documents) are not permitted to be parked in the community and will be towed from any of the parking lots.
