Subject: Important Dates and Information for Riverwalk

Good afternoon Everyone in Riverwalk,

We were just informed from the builder that "we are planning to begin the concrete and utility adjustments on Monday, April 14th. The work will last about 2 weeks. One side of the roadway will be open at all times. We ask that residents observe the work signs and be aware of workers in the roadway. The concrete removal and replacement of the non-driveway areas will be performed in the first week and the driveways the next week. We will place a notice 3 days prior to replacing the driveway aprons on each resident's door. This notice will request that each resident to park on the roadway for 3 days to give the concrete sufficient time to cure. 

Also For some of the trees in the community from the landscaper "it looks like the install date will take 2 days, the 16th and 17th of April is when we can get all the materials on site. There will be machinery in the roads so people will need to be aware of that. They should be able to work around them though. It will be messy until the job is complete."
